The Pennsylvania Department of Labor is probing child labor law complaints made against TLC’s "Jon & Kate Plus 8." Read on for details…

Citing a Labor Department spokesperson, the Associated Press reports that the department will look into complaints made against the show with regard to child labor laws.

"Jon & Kate Plus 8" follows the Jon and Kate Gosselin and their eight children — eight-year-old twins and five-year-old sextuplets.
