Rihanna’s Night out with Fergie

Pop star Rihanna was seen out with Fergie and the other members of the Black Eyed Peas following news that the singer was served with a subpoena to testify in the assault case against her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.

Rihanna and the Black Eyed Peas were attending the group’s official CD release party at The Griffin in New York City.
