ET has just obtained this photo of Phillip Garrido, the man accused of abducting Jaycee Dugard, which was taken on the day he was arrested in 1978, 13 years before Jaycee’s abduction.
The photo was taken by the Reno Police Department when Garrido was arrested for kidnapping and rape.
